You’ve been Nudj’d: How employee engagement is key to achieving Net Zero 

We are seeing ever increasing numbers of companies setting Net Zero targets, achieving Net Zero requires ambitious change, collective action, and engagement from a wide range of stakeholders. A report published by the National Gril (Building the Net Zero Workforce, January 2020) found that over 75% of respondent want to play a role in reaching the UK’s target to be Net Zero by 2050. 

Climate change is the “biggest threat modern humans have ever faced”(UN press release, February2021) its an issue that companies and their employees alike are rightly concerned about and has the potential to impact our personal and working lives in ways it’s difficult to comprehend.
